Still looking for volunteers! ANCL has the privilege of hosting the 2013 AICEME Youth conference which will take place between 30th October – 3rd November.  We expect over 110 students from more than 8 International Churches to attend. As the hosting church we have many responsibilities so if you are going to be in Luxembourg for that weekend (which is a school break) we really need people to serve in the following areas:-
  • Welcome teams at transportation hubs for groups – Thursday afternoon & early evening
  • Welcome team at the Youth Hostel to check students in, give them welcome packs, etc. – Thursday afternoon and early evening
  • ANCL is providing dinner Friday night at our worship location in Limpertsberg so we need people to help with providing food, set up/clean up and serving
  • Snack teams – we will be providing snacks and drinks on Friday (once in the morning and once in afternoon) and Saturday morning
  • Sunday morning before the worship service we will need several vans to pick up bags and bring them to Limpertsberg for the worship service
  • Sunday after the service we will need cars and drivers to transport students and their bags to thetrain station or airport.
If you are not going to be in Luxembourg during the conference you can still help with:
  • Welcome and information packets / name tags for Students
  • Housing – we will have at least 1 youth pastor’s wife who had twins this summer who is looking for a place to stay with the twins close to Limpertsberg.
If you can volunteer your time in any way then please contact the church and let us know! Thank you!
